Background

WOW is known for its bold and energetic approach to recruitment. With expansion on their mind, they wanted to turn their digital marketing into a cost-effective, revenue-generating machine. But it had to be a) measurable and b) offer long-term scalability. Enter TSD.

The challenge

One word...leads. To build WOW’s digital sales engine, it was on us to generate a consistent flow of high-quality inbound leads – giving recruiters a pipeline to grow their desks while easing the pressure on business development. They were also readying an expansion into new markets, so it also had to flex and scale with WOW’s evolution.

The solution

It was all about real returns. Powered by Google, we used a suite of tools to stir up leads, fuel growth and optimise every ad dollar:

    We combined Performance Max, Search, and Demand Gen – adjusting on the go based on seasonality, performance, and market shifts

  • Audience targeting and refinement

    We balanced high-intent traffic (people ready to act now) with volume drivers (getting lots of eyeballs on our ads), refining keywords and placements to attract client-ready leads at scale.

  • Landing page optimisation

    Custom landing experiences were designed to convert – maximising form completions and lead quality.

  • End-to-end attribution

    From the first click to money in the bank, in-depth tracking enabled full visibility on ROI and continuous improvement over the lifecycle of the campaign.
