WOW is known for its bold and energetic approach to recruitment. With expansion on their mind, they wanted to turn their digital marketing into a cost-effective, revenue-generating machine. But it had to be a) measurable and b) offer long-term scalability. Enter TSD.
The challenge
One word...leads. To build WOW’s digital sales engine, it was on us to generate a consistent flow of high-quality inbound leads – giving recruiters a pipeline to grow their desks while easing the pressure on business development.
